Ember Moon Healing offers Quantum Healing and intuitive services to support personal awareness, energetic balance, emotional exploration, and a deeper relationship with yourself. Each session is intuitive and personalized, with no fixed script. Depending on what arises, our time together may include energy work, chakra balancing, energy clearing, intuitive guidance, vocal toning, channeling, activations, body focused energetic work, imagery, or emotional processing.
Your session is a space for exploration. I encourage you to stay aware of your own experience and to tell me what you need as we go. These services are intended for adults 18 and older.
All services, including channeling and Light Language, are offered for spiritual, energetic, educational, entertainment, and personal insight purposes only. They do not constitute financial, medical, or psychological advice, and are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. I don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and this work is meant to complement, not replace, care from a licensed professional. Please seek guidance from a qualified professional for any medical, mental health, financial, or legal concerns, and contact emergency or crisis support services directly if you're in crisis.
With that said, you're responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after our time together. Please speak up if something feels uncomfortable or unclear, you're always welcome to pause, adjust, or end a session at any point.
Everyone experiences this work differently. You might notice sensations, emotions, memories, insights, or nothing in particular, and all of that is normal. I can't promise a specific outcome, message, release, or result, since so much depends on you: your circumstances, your openness, and how you integrate what comes up.
This work tends to be most supportive as a partnership. Bringing a little self care into your daily life, such as meditation, journaling, or rest, helps you carry what we do together forward.
All sessions are held virtually and scheduled in Mountain Time. Please be ready at your scheduled start time. I'll wait for you for 15 minutes past the start; if you join within that window, we'll simply pick up from where we are, and the session will still end at its originally scheduled time.
If you haven't joined after 15 minutes, the appointment is considered a no show. In that case, payment isn't refunded or transferred, and a new session requires a new payment.
Payment is due in full at booking and is non refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your payment can transfer to a new appointment, booked and completed within 60 days. Please email me to reschedule, so there's a clear record of the request. This applies once; if that new appointment is also missed or canceled, the payment is forfeited. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment aren't eligible for a refund or transfer, and a new session will need a new payment. The same applies if you don't join within the 15 minute arrival window, that's treated as a no show, and a new session requires a new payment.
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule on my end, you'll always have the choice of a full refund or a new time that works for you. If you'd like to stay a bit longer at the end of a session, extra time may be available depending on my schedule, billed separately at $2 per minute.
Personalized channeling recordings are non refundable, since each one is created individually for the person who requested it, and can't be transferred or reassigned once purchased.
Your recording is based on what you share in the submission form and arrives by email within 3 to 5 business days. Channeling is intuitive by nature, so I can't guarantee a specific message, outcome, or experience.
After your session, I may send a short check in email to see how you're feeling and what you've noticed as things settle. Since each session is its own complete container, ongoing guidance or extra support outside of a scheduled session isn't included in the fee. If more comes up that you'd like to explore, you're always welcome to book another time.
Email is meant for brief, practical follow up, not ongoing counseling or emergency support. If you're in crisis, please reach out to emergency or crisis services directly.
What you share with me stays private. I won't share it with others except when needed to provide the service, with your permission, or when the law requires it. I'd also gently ask that you use good judgment when sending sensitive details over email.
This work depends on mutual respect. If something about how we're working together doesn't feel right, whether that's about safety, boundaries, or the integrity of the space, I may need to pause or end our sessions. If that happens, the payment and cancellation terms above still apply.
Taking part in a session means you're choosing to participate, and with that comes some acceptance of risk on your part. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Ember Moon Healing from liability for loss, damage, or injury connected to a session, except where that loss comes from gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing. You also agree not to bring a legal claim related to your participation, outside of that same exception.
These terms, and anything that comes up around them, are governed by Utah law, and any dispute would be handled in Utah's state or federal courts.
I may update these Terms & Agreements as my practice grows or changes, so it's worth checking back now and then. Booking or attending a session means you're agreeing to whatever version is current at that time, including everything above: the scope of this work, payment and cancellation terms, the liability waiver, and your role in your own wellbeing.
