How Do I Prepare for a Session?
Since our sessions are held online, a little preparation goes a long way. Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you won't be interrupted, and wear something loose and comfortable rather than anything restrictive. Keep water nearby, since staying hydrated supports your body as energy moves. And if you can, take a moment beforehand to set an intention, whatever you'd like to focus on or bring into the session, whether that's emotional healing, stress relief, or simply clarity.
What Can I Expect During a Session?
You'll get comfortable wherever you are, sitting or lying down, while I work with your energy field remotely. I may use touch, focused visualization, intention, sound, or channeling to sense and support what's moving in your field. Even though we're not physically in the same room, many people are surprised by how tangible it feels — warmth, tingling, gentle pressure, or a sense of energy moving. Some people feel deeply relaxed, while others experience emotional release or a subtle shift in perception. There's no one right way to experience it, and whatever comes up for you is welcome.
How Many Sessions Are Typically Needed?
Honestly, it varies person to person, and I can't promise a set number that will work for everyone. Some people feel something shift after a single session. Others are working with something deeper that unfolds more gradually over time. There's no formula here. We'll talk about what you're hoping for and what your energy seems to need, and build a rhythm that makes sense for you, at your pace.
What if I Don't Feel Anything During the Session?
Don't worry, that happens, and it doesn't mean the session didn't work. Some people feel tingling or warmth right in the moment. Others don't notice anything shift until a day or two later. And some people just feel calm and quiet the whole time, nothing dramatic at all. Whatever you experience, or don't, trust that the energy is still doing its thing.
Do I Need to Believe in It for It to Work?
Honestly, no. I've had plenty of clients show up feeling unsure, or straight up skeptical, and still leave the session feeling like something moved. Energy doesn't check your beliefs at the door. All I really need from you is a little willingness to show up and see what happens. Doubt is welcome here too.
Can You Send Energy Healing to Someone Who Isn't Present?
I can, but I need that person's permission first. Even from a distance, I'm not going to work with someone's energy without them knowing about it. If there's someone in your life you're worried about and want to bring into a session, let's figure out how to get their okay before we do anything.
Is Energy Healing Suitable for Everyone?
Generally, yes. Energy healing is gentle and non invasive, and it's something people of nearly any age or condition can explore, often alongside the medical care they're already receiving rather than in place of it. If you're living with a serious medical condition or are currently in treatment, it's always a good idea to loop in your healthcare provider before starting something new, just so this can complement the care you're already getting.
How Can I Integrate the Benefits Into My Daily Life?
The effects of a session tend to settle in more fully when they're supported by a little ongoing care. Some simple things that help: a few minutes of daily meditation, gentle movement through yoga, time outside in nature to help you feel grounded, journaling to process what's coming up, or any creative outlet that lets you express what words alone can't. None of this needs to be perfect or constant — even small, consistent moments can help you hold onto what shifted during our time together.
What Should I Do for Aftercare?
After a session, be gentle with yourself while your body integrates what moved. Drink plenty of water, since it supports your body as it processes the shift. Give yourself permission to rest rather than rushing back into a full day. If you can, spend a little time grounding, even something as simple as stepping outside or walking barefoot in the grass. I'd also suggest going easy on anything too stimulating for the rest of the day. And if emotions or sensations surface in the days that follow, trust that they're part of the process, and be as kind to yourself as you would be to someone you love.
